Very few shows, if any, have had the kind of impact the Simpsons has had in its thirty-year run; so naturally it’s a topic for this very podcast.

We talk mainly around what is known as the ‘golden period of the show’ (i.e. the first eight seasons or so) and try to unpack what it was that made it so iconic. Characters, episodes, references and clips galore are all packed into the wonderful conversation with Sophie.
